BFit General Terms and
Conditions
- It is your full
responsibility to inform your trainer and BFit “The Company” of
any difficulties you perceive or experience as well as any changes
to your physical or medical condition.
- Clients are
encouraged to ask questions about future procedures, risks or
benefits to be expected from following designated programs and
workouts. Clients are asked to voice any reservations or concerns
and ask the trainer for explanations and clarification.
- You are entitled to
receive due care and attention from the trainer and will be given
every opportunity to receive the bookings and services you require.
- Every participant in
a Class/Training Session hereto warrants that to the best of their
knowledge and belief they are suffering from no physical disability
or illness that could affect their ability to exercise, and further
warrants to advise the Instructor/s if, in future, they suffer from
such disability or illness and agrees to indemnify the Instructor in
respect of any disability or illness whether suffered in the class
or otherwise.
- BFit accepts no
responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any
participants/non participants.
- BFit accepts no
responsibility to the personal property of any participant/non
participant (or to any person accompanying whether by invitation or
otherwise) and whether such loss, damage or injury is caused
directly or indirectly by the Instructor.
- Sessions
must be booked and paid for via the BFit app or in advance by cash
or via a debit card transfer before commencement.
- All cancellation
within 24 hours of the start of the session will be charged the full
cost of the booking unless there are extenuating circumstances.

If you’re late for your session, your session time will be reduced
accordingly. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your session,
the session may be cancelled and marked as redeemed
- The time slot for
any session that is late cancelled will be made available to other
BFit clients and the client will no longer be entitled to that
session time.

If for any reason we need to cancel your booked session with less
than 24 hours’ notice, or your instructor is more than 10 minutes
late for your session, you will receive a replacement session free
of charge
- Clients who do not
attend sessions without informing the instructor before the start of
the session will be charged in full and will not be offered the
opportunity to move the session. This is deemed a “no show”
- BFit reserves the
right to cancel pre-booked sessions for clients who BFit deem to be
holding prime booking times but cancel their sessions on a regular
basis. Clients will be notified of this at least one week in advance
of any changes.
- Any block of
sessions purchased are non-refundable and must be used within 6
months of initial payment date. In the event illness inhibits
continuation (medical certificate required) we will allow any
remaining sessions to be used at the point the client is medically
fit to resume the program. In addition once booked all sessions must
be redeemed within 14 weeks of the commencement of the first session
(unless with prior consultation).
- Please note: All
online training programmes remain the intellectual property of BFit
and will expire one week after completion of the programme unless
renewed or another programme undertaken.
- The purchase of any
course of BFit products is deemed acceptance of these T&C’s.
BFit reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice. In the event any changes are made, the
revised T&C’s will be made available via the website.
