An introductory package designed for Newbies and those returning to fitness after a long absence. The package is designed to help you get started with a comprehensive workout schedule that will help you know exactly what you are doing to improve your fitness each day. the package includes a day to day workout programme, a series of Personal training plans matched to your goals, an eating guide to help fuel your body correctly as well as access to our support chat group and email consultation with your personal trainer.

Accountability

The package to help you reach your goals! Where a lot of online training plans fail is there is not necessarily any useful way of tracking progress and keeping yourself ‘honest’. Guided by your individualised Nutrition plan and with weekly consultation to keep your eating on target, this 12 week package is designed in consultation with you, to build a day to day regime packed with workouts and bespoke Training plans.With daily tracking and regular check-ins as well as the BFit support group to help you keep yourself accountable and focused on smashing your goals!    

Epic

For the client that requires top results and will perform epic efforts to get there! A fully bespoke package that will help you manage every aspect of your fitness. A comprehensive training programme giving you hour to hour guidance on your workouts, A personal day by day dietary guide* and with regular one to one skype training with a top personal trainer and daily review as needed to keep you on track. Your workouts will be personalised, reviewed and modified as needed throughout the programme to allow you to keep pushing your limits!!
*(sounds a lot less fun than it actually is, I promise!)

How Does Online Personal Training Work?

Online Personal Training is a comprehensive fitness coaching service that involves designing a physical training programme and meal planner that will help you achieve your goals. Your programme is designed on a bespoke basis based on you providing information about your exercise history, current fitness levels, access to exercise equipment, (Gym access, swimming pool, etc) and what you want to achieve. There is a questionnaire and a brief fitness test to complete that will make sure that your workouts are created at the right level of difficulty for you.

It is also an option to send over a ‘before’ style picture that will help to gauge your current level of muscularity, body fat, etc. and provide more help in creating your fitness plan (I know that it can be really difficult for some people to do this – I know I would have had a lot of trouble doing it – It does help me a lot but I know sometimes it just wont be possible – I understand. Also please be assured that no photo would be used without your permission and will be kept securely – when you’re happy with your transformed body (if that’s what we are trying to do) then we can talk about before/after stuff.)

Your Nutrition Plans/Guides are produced based upon the information you provide in the questionnaire which then syncs up with your Personal workouts in a Training Schedule (A day to day activity guide split into AM and PM blocks) to let you know what you should be doing every day to reach your goals.

Is there Ongoing support?

All online Personal Training customers will have full email support. This means you can get an email reply within 24 hours at any time on your training plan. Depending on the Training Package you are undertaking you will also have personal unlimited email/messenger/skype/phone support. As a bonus, you can also access our BFit support group chat and maybe get your answers there.

Do you recommend workout supplements as part of your Nutrition plans?

We at BFit are not a huge fan of the majority of fitness and bodybuilding supplements, They are called Supplements for a reason, they are supposed to augment food not replace it! However there are times at which a protein shake might be a convenient way to consume nutrients when the alternative would have been a missed meal. We are of course able to advise on the use of more traditional fitness supplements like ZMA, creatine, etc. if necessary.

What should I expect once I start my Programme?

Physical – Although every individual is unique, most people start to notice changes in the first month of starting their programme. This can be more definition in their arms and legs, abdominal muscles starting to be revealed or their clothes fitting better. The extent of the changes you’ll notice will depend on your original goal, which programme you are following and how closely you follow it. Many also say they notice a significant increase in their energy levels within a few weeks of starting training. – Sometimes all it takes to start moving more is just to start moving a little bit in the first place!

Flexibility – As all the workouts contain quick and functional warm ups and cool downs, you’ll notice your mobility and flexibility improving as well.

Mental – Many clients indicate that after the workouts they have a much more positive outlook and are in a better mood. This is mainly due to endorphins flooding their system. Others have reported their productivity and mental clarity increasing too.

Confidence – As your body changes, as noted above, your mind can too. Clients  claim that they gain a greater confidence in their own abilities as they go through a programme. This can mainly be attributed the sense of achievement they gain meeting and exceeding their targets and beginning to feel more confident in their own skin.

How effective is BFit Online Personal Training really?

BFit Online Personal Training has proven to be extremely effective. However, as with face to face Personal Training, online Personal Training is only effective if clients actually do the work and follow the programme. We’ll support you as much as we can but at the end of the day – YOU are the one that has to do the real work!

BFit Online Personal Training gives you access to expertise, knowledge and experience quickly and efficiently. It’s great for providing you with extra motivation, accountability, and teaches you to take control and track your own progress.

It’s also tends to be much more cost effective than face to face Personal Training and the workouts can be fitted into your schedule much more easily.

Do I have to be a member of a gym to do Online Personal Training?

No. Being a member of a gym isn’t necessary. Depending on the package purchased, the programme can always be adapted with whatever exercise equipment you have, eg Dumbbells, Barbell, Kettlebells, Rubber Bands, an Open Space, etc.

Can I train with you in person?

I’m currently based in Plymouth, Devon in the UK. If you live nearby and would like to train one to one with me or bring some of your friends, Awesome! Please see the local services section for more details can’t wait to meet you in person. We can also train using Skype if I’m supporting you with your EPIC! Programme.

I have special dietary requirements, is this an issue?

Not at all, BFit Nutrition Plans can be provided for Vegan, Vegetarian, Intolerant/allergic eating, Halal, Kosher, Dairy/Gluten, Keto, etc. – please message any dietary requirements when purchasing a Nutrition Plan to bryanskinnerpt@gmail.com.

What if I travel frequently?

Not a problem! A programme can put together with an alternative workout plan that fits your schedule while travelling.

What if I only want a custom meal or custom workout plan?

That is certainly possible, if you are already following an exercise programme of your own and just want a personalised meal/exercise plan we can certainly do that for you. Please request that service by emailing bryanskinnerpt@gmail.com.

How long does it take to get my programme after purchase?

Because your training program is created specifically for your need, it generally takes at least 3 days to deliver your programme to you.

What kind of support do I get?

Once you sign up, Bryan will be your first port of call for any immediate issues you have with your training programme or meal planner and will be available via email and will always try to get back to you within 24 hours of your enquiry.

What happens after my 12 week Programme finishes?

That really depends on how close you are to your final goal we set when we started your Training Programme. Some clients have achieved a great deal of progress over their 12 week course and after a brief chat at the end of their programme feel confident going on to train alone. Others prefer to continue on another 12 week Training Programme and beyond. Again, this will depend on the level of change we need to achieve and the degree to which the coaching relationship is preferable to training alone.

Do you help me with my medical conditions / injuries?

As this is an online service, I’m not really in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get personal advice on any injuries before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of my service. To be clear, although my training programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice. That said workouts can generally be adapted to work around (or even strengthen any current injuries or conditions)
